Friends, we are nearing the end of February, which means March is almost here, which means spring is close! For now, though, we are still relying on frozen greens and root vegetables, canned tomatoes and beets, and the last of our bulk grass-fed meat. There is something thrilling about using the last of these things, as it gives room for things to come—a good metaphor for life. Out with the old and in with the new!
